How has everyone been? It's been a while and I am very sorry!

I have been concentrating on another project, as well as picking up some part time work.

However I am hoping to get back on things properly! And I thought I would start with this ☝️ I bought it for the first time this weekend. My mum was over and kids asker for Chicken, we never intended for them to be forced into vegetarian, they can make their own minds up. So when they do ask for it I won't deny them.

So..... I saw this and thought it looked interesting. We coated it in breadcrumbs with an egg and then lightly fried... OMG it's so good! It's the closest to chicken we have, but nice not because it's trying in imitate but just nice, texture and flavour.

Who else has tried it? How do you got it? We had it again tonight in with fried rice
