Delivery & Returns

Customer satisfaction is of great importance to us at Bamboo Launch, if you have any issue with a purchase please do Contact Us.

Orders will be processed within 24 hours and delivery will be received within 2-3 days.

Delivery

We use Royal Mail to send all parcels using standard second class deliver, this can be exchanged for tracked if you like. Postage is a flat fee of £3.20 for second class Royal Mail, you can however choose other methods at the checkout. Orders over £45 receive free shipping.

Returns

If you have an item you wish to return please contact us first, the following terms apply.

• Returns can be made should you change your mind or find a fault. This can be done within 30 days 
• Returned items must be unused and undamaged with any original packaging still intact.
• Your choice of a replacement or refund will be arranged after the return has been checked.
• Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow 24 hours with PayPal and up to 10 business days with credit / debit card for your refund to appear.
• Postage fees are non-refundable.
• Return costs are the responsibility of yourself unless a mistake was made by Bamboo Launch.
